Lee E. Kimball, 81 of Temperance, MI, died Sunday, July 24, 2016, in his home.  Born August 18, 1934, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Clarence and Helen (Meyer) Kimball.  A US Air Force veteran, he married Geraldine Grycza on June 23, 1956 in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Toledo.  Lee was employed as a furnace builder for GM Powertrain for over 43 years, retiring in 2000. He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and the U.A.W, Local 14.  Lee was an avid Notre Dame Football, College basketball and boxing fan.

He is survived by his loving wife, 60 years, Geri “Ma”; sons, Scott “Bucky” (Robin “Birdie”) and Guy “Vessco” (Milissa “Buckaroo”) Kimball. Lee was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 Noon , Thursday, July 28, 2016, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 8330 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI 48182, where he will lie in state after 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, OH.  Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.

Lee’s wish was to enter into eternity from the home that he and Geri built together for 54 years. Raising their sons and celebrating 60 years of marriage on June 23, 2016.  His family meant everything to him. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
